Cayenne Cheese Crackers image

My family loves these more than Cheez-its. I like to make them as snacks. Make sure you refrigerate them overnight, or the crisp just won't be there. Extra sharp cheddar is a must! Silpat mats come in handy for these.

These crackers are a great way to use up leftover cheese. I always have a bag of shredded cheddar in my fridge, so I can make these crackers whenever I want.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but these crackers were surprisingly mild. The cheese flavor really shines through, and the cayenne pepper just gives them a subtle kick.
