CB's Creamy Coleslaw image

This classic slaw is great with spare ribs or pork roast and always hits the spot after a day of fishing on the Au Sable River in Michigan. -Christian Betz, Hastings, Michigan

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 pound cabbage, cored, cubed and chopped

Steps:

  • Whisk together first 6 ingredients until smooth. Toss cabbage with mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
