Charleston Style Shrimp Creole image

Living in Charleston most of my life gave us ample shrimp all year. I usually cut the shrimp into 3 pieces so that the end result is shrimp in every bite. I now buy the petite cut tomatoes to save time. Enjoy!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dish didn't turn out as good as I expected. The shrimp were a bit overcooked, and the sauce was too thick. I think I might have added too much flour.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but other than that, it was very good. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. I would definitely make it again, but I would use less cayenne pepper next time.
