Cheap Beef Lo Mein image

This recipe was given to me years ago and I had lost it.Found it today and was excited to have it again. It's an easy dinner. Very tasty !! Great meal for when your watching your food budget and who isn't right now.

1 lb browned ground beef
1 bunch green onions diced
2 carrots, chopped
2 c chopped celery
4 c cabbage cut up
1/2 c green bell pepper diced
2 c water
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 pkg ramen beef noodles
1 can(s) mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger and onion. Then add water, soy sauce, rest of vegetables, and noodles. Cook until vegetables are done.
