My hash brown bake is so popular at family events that I always make an extra. If you're serving it at brunch, add diced ham for an added boost of protein.-Jann Willard, West Salem, Wisconsin

Overall, I thought this casserole was pretty good. It was easy to make and tasted good, but it wasn't anything special.

This casserole was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less butter.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my casserole turned out really bland. Maybe I didn't add enough salt?

I followed the recipe exactly but my casserole didn't turn out as good as the picture. It was still tasty, but not as cheesy as I expected.

I was disappointed with this casserole. It was dry and the cheese was not melted evenly.

I made a few changes to the recipe. I used frozen hash browns instead of fresh and I added some chopped bacon. It was still delicious!

I'm not a big fan of hash browns, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The cheese and eggs made it really creamy and flavorful.
