Steps:
- 1.Preheat your oven 2.Wash & wipe the potatoes, prick them with a fork and place them on a baking tray 3.Cook the potatoes in the oven for 60-75 minutes untill they are soft inside and the skins are crisp 4.Remove them from the oven and cut each potato in half 5.Scoop out the soft insides into a mixing bowl, be careful not to damge the skins 6.Mash the potato with a fork and add the buter, mix well 7.Also add the salt and pepper 8.Place the skins on the baking tray, chop the ham into squares and place it inside the skin 9.Spoon in the potato 10.Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the potatoes 11.Put them back in the oven for 15 minutes untill the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown.
