Steps:
- 1. Grate cheeses together, mix well with hands.
- 2. Blend in spices, except paprika.
- 3. Divide into three portions and roll into log shapes.
- 4. Sprinkle with paprika and pecan pieces.
- 5. Serve with Ritz crackers.
