Cherry Surprises image

These no bake confections are great! They are a Christmas tradition in our home.

Number Of Ingredients 5

½ cup butter, softened
1 ¾ cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 ½ cups shredded coconut
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained

Steps:

  • in a medium bowl, cream together butter, confectioners' sugar and orange juice; mix in coconut.
  • Wrap coconut mixture around each cherry to cover completely. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container until ready to serve.
