Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In large bowl combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, applesauce, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- 3. In separate bowl combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir together well.
- 4. Add dry ingredients to yogurt mixture and stir together well (by hand). Stir in oats, diced fruits, and almonds.
- 5. Spread dough in an ungreased, 9" x 13" pan. Bake 28 - 32 minutes until golden brown. Cool bars completely before cutting into bars.
