Found this recipe in Bon Appetit Too Busy to Cook. I don't always have aniseed and ouzo around but the combination is intoxicating! Great accompanied by orzo.

I would give this recipe a 4 out of 5 stars. The chicken was a bit overcooked, but the sauce was very tasty.

Not bad. The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was very good.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out perfectly. The sauce was a little too salty for my taste, but that's easily fixed.

This dish was amazing! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was creamy and cheesy. I will definitely be making this again.
