Chicken Chopped Salad image

Lime dressing gives lively flavor to this crunchy salad tossed with peaches, peppers and peanuts. The unusual combination is a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey and packs well for lunches or picnics. It's also terrific with the addition of grapefruit sections or pineapple tidbits. -Diane Halferty, Corpus Christi, Texas

This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the combination of chicken, bacon, and avocado, and they don't even notice the healthy vegetables.

This salad was a disaster! The dressing was too salty, the chicken was dry, and the avocado was brown. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

This salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think I would have liked it more if the dressing had been a bit more tangy.

This salad was a bit too mayonnaise-y for my taste, but it was still good. Next time, I'll try using less mayonnaise and more yogurt in the dressing.

This salad was delicious and easy to make. I used grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken, and it was still very flavorful. I also added some chopped walnuts for extra crunch.
