This is a special treat! We make many kinds of "roll ups" or "pinwheels", but this is our "dressed to impress" version! They make a beautiful presentation and they taste wonderful! We make these for parties and pot lucks! *** You can take away or add ingredients to taste.

Steps:
- 1. Combine the Spread ingredients together. Set aside.
- 2. Cook the chicken, cool it, chop it up. Set it aside.
- 3. Chop the onions, Craisins, and spinach. Set aside. Crumble the feta cheese. Set aside.
- 4. Spread the Spread on each of the tortillas. Sprinkle some of each of the toppings on each of the tortillas.
- 5. Very tightly (yet gently) roll up the tortillas. Snuggly wrap them with Seran Wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 6. Remove from refrigerator. Remove Seran Wrap. Slice each tortilla roll into 10 - 12 sections. Lay them on a platter alternating colors of tortillas. Very pretty!
