I wasn't sure about the curry powder at first, but it really makes this salad special. It adds a subtle warmth and depth of flavor.

I'm not a big fan of grapes in salads, but they actually worked really well in this recipe. The sweetness of the grapes paired perfectly with the savory turkey and dressing.

This salad is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover turkey.

This turkey salad is absolutely delicious! The grapes and cashews add a nice crunch and sweetness, and the curry powder gives it a unique flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
