CHICKEN DIVAN image

3 whole chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 sm carton sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 T lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
salt & pepper
parmesan cheese
paprika
butter

Steps:

  • Cook chicken breasts, pull apart into pieces. Thaw broccoli Mix soup, sour cream, mayo, cheddar cheese and seasonings. Arrange broccoli in bottom of 3 qt. buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Spread chicken pieces over broccoli, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Dot with butter. Cook at 350* for 30-40 min.
