We have these at all of our parties and celebrations; and although they are about as simple as it gets...they are superb! All of our family and friends are crazy about them. No matter how much we make they are among the first that run out! We have used our favorite barbeque sauce as well, and although it is good, the Teriyaki...

5 lb chicken drumettes
1 bottle yoshida teriyaki sauce (brand name)
1 can(s) pineapple chunks (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Thaw the drumettes if they are frozen, and rinse. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • 2. Place in a crock pot. Drain the pineapple chunks and pour onto the pot. Pour the bottle of Teriyaki sauce over it, and stir it up.
  • 3. Cook in a covered slow cooker for about 20-25 minutes or until very hot. Keep cooker on warm while buffet or dinner is in progress.

Easy peasy and oh so tasty!! Served over rice and broccoli for a complete meal. The kids gobbled it up and asked for seconds.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the teriyaki sauce was perfectly balanced - not too sweet, not too salty. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out amazing. Will definitely be making this again and again!
