Steps:
- Place in shallow pan,skin side up. Season - dribble with butter; broil til brown (briefly). Combine ingred except for wine & cherries. Pour over chicken, cover, bake onehour at 325. During last 1/2 hr, add cherries and wine. If freezing, bake 1/2 hour at 325; add cherries and freeze. Defrost, add wine and bake another half hour.
