Categories     Poultry     Marinate     Low Fat

Yield 2-3 people

Number Of Ingredients 9

12 oz. bottle of beer
1/8 - 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 - 2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 - 3 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast
*I buy a 3 lb. package of tyson chicken and put what I don't use in ziploc bags
*Add more of spices or worcestershire sauce if you like

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a large bowl and pour beer and worcestershire over chicken. Put the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinade for at least 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator. The longer you let this marinade, the better the chicken will taste when you bake it. After chicken has marinated for at least 1 1/2 hours, remove plastic wrap and place chicken and enough marinade to surround chicken in an 8"x11" or 9"x13" glass pan. Bake at 350° F for 30 - 40 minutes or until chicken is white in center. This chicken is great with mashed potatoes and fried apples.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the marinade is easy to make. I usually use a light beer, but I've also tried it with a dark beer and it was just as good.

I'm not a big fan of beer, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this chicken was. The marinade tenderized the chicken and gave it a subtle beer flavor. I served it with a side of roasted potatoes and vegetables, and it was a perfect meal.

This is my go-to recipe for chicken. It's so easy to make and always turns out delicious. I love that I can use different types of beer to create different flavor profiles. My favorite is to use a stout beer, which gives the chicken a rich and comple

I made this dish for a party and it was a huge success! Everyone raved about how moist and flavorful the chicken was. I used a dunkel beer and it gave the chicken a nice malty flavor. I will definitely be making this dish again.

This recipe has potential, but it needs some tweaking. The marinade was a good start, but I would add more spices to give it more flavor. I would also reduce the cooking time to prevent the chicken from drying out.

Not a fan of this recipe. The marinade didn't add much flavor to the chicken and the cooking instructions were confusing. I ended up with undercooked chicken.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out dry and overcooked. I think the cooking time was too long. Other than that, the flavor was good.

This recipe is a keeper! I used a pale ale beer and added some extra garlic and paprika to the marinade. The chicken came out amazing - crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. My whole family loved it!

Absolutely delicious! The marinade made the chicken so moist and flavorful. I used a lager beer and it gave the chicken a slightly sweet taste that paired perfectly with the spices. I'll definitely be making this dish again.
