This recipe belongs to a cook named Upstatevoyager. He's not sure where the recipe name came from, but when I tried it I cut the chicken to resemble ribs, as you can see in my photo. I tried this recipe and loved it! The brown sauce on this chicken tastes just like the sauce in the chicken w/broccoli dish that you get at Chinese...

This recipe is a waste of time. The chicken was not cooked through and the sauce was bland.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken came out dry and tough. The sauce was also too sweet for my taste.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful. I would make it again, but I would use less chili powder.

So easy and flavorful! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and they cooked in no time. The sauce is a perfect balance of sweet and savory.
