CHICKEN WITH HOT PEPPERS
Steps:
- Cut up the chicken breasts into small pieces. Cut the pepper length-wise and remove the seeds, and then cut into small rings. Squeeze the juice from one lemon. Cook the chicken in olive oil with peppers and lemon juice, adding salt. Place chicken in serving bowl and add pieces of lemon. Mix.
