Everyone loves these. There are a lot of versions out there, just thought I would throw this one in the mix. Got this recipe from Diane Doherty, dare I say 25 years ago :-) yummy, yummy.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 Pan
- 2. In large mixer bowl beat eggs, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to eggs and mix well; fold in cheese, cottage cheese and chiles. Pour in to greased pan.
- 3. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares.
