Steps:
- 1. Heat 1 T oil in small saucepan. Add galic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 2. Combine vinegar, sugar, shoyu, sherry, shirachi sauce, and sesame oil. Add to garlic. Brng to boil.
- 3. Combine corn starch and water. Add to sauce pan. Stir until thickened.
- 4. Use in stir fry dishes or as a dipping sauce.
