1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons adobo sauce, from can
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 canned chipotle peppers

Steps:

  • puree all ingredients in a blender. pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag. add chicken or pork and marinate 30 minutes in the fridge, occasionally flipping the bag to distribute.
