Steps:
- preaheat oven to 325. mix condansed milk with graham crumbs. add in chocolate and butterscotch chips.put mixture in a 9x9 square pan.use wet hands to spread it out evenly.bake for 25to 35 minutes.cool for 5to 10 minutes.cut into squares and removethem while still warm
