Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat butter by hand until a little fluffy, add vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients then fold in gently. Add in chocolate- do not over mix. Save enough chunks to place one on top of each cookie. Shape into balls or rounded drops. Bake on cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes. DO NOT brown.
