I've made this dish several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The sauce is so versatile and can be used on chicken, shrimp, or tofu. I also like to add a handful of chopped peanuts for a little extra crunch.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my kids, but they still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use a milder chili sauce. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the vegetables were still crisp. Overall, this was a good recipe.
