I've tried a lot of different chocolate-covered espresso bean recipes, but this one is my favorite. The beans are always coated evenly in chocolate and they have the perfect amount of espresso flavor.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of espresso, but I'm glad I did. The chocolate-covered espresso beans are delicious! The espresso flavor is subtle, and it's perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the chocolate.
