Steps:
- Grind 1/2 cup oats in food processor into a powder; transfer to a bowl.
- Process 1/2 cup raisins in a food processor until thick and paste-like; add peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend mixture again until smooth. Blend ground oats into the mixture until it begins to clump together. If more moisture is needed to achieve clumping, add more applesauce.
- Transfer the raisin mixture to a bowl. Mix remaining oats, remaining raisins, chocolate chips, and peanuts with the raisin mixture; roll by rounded tablespoon into small balls.

[email protected]Disappointed. The bites were too dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

[email protected]Not bad, but not amazing either. The flavor is a bit bland for my taste. I think next time I'll try adding some chocolate chips or chopped nuts to give them a little more oomph.

[email protected]I've tried many chocolate-peanut-raisin recipes, but this one is by far the best. The secret ingredient, in my opinion, is the peanut butter chips. They add a wonderful richness and depth of flavor that really takes these bites to the next level.

[email protected]Absolutely divine! The chocolate-peanut-raisin combination is a match made in heaven, and the texture is spot-on - chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. A real crowd-pleaser, these bites disappeared in a flash at my last party.
