Christmas HOLLY Cookies NO BAKE by Freda image

If your in a Hurry and running out of time this holiday,and want to make 3 dozen cookies in just 15 min, this recipe is for you. This also adds a festive look to any christmas cookie assortment. Kids and adults alike Love these. Hope you will enjoy also.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHRISTMAS HOLLY COOKIES
6 TBS butter or margarine (butters best)
32 large marshmallows
1 tsp green food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 Cups good cornflakes (post or kelloggs)
90 red cinnamon red hots candies (brachs)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt Butter or Margarine with all 32 marshmallows together over low heat. Keep stirring to melt, as needed
  • 2. Remove from Heat after melted, Stir in green fool coloring and vanilla. Still well til a uniform green color, (with no streaks)
  • 3. Fold in all cornflakes into marshmallow mixture. Stir till completely coated.
  • 4. Drop By small Teaspoons full onto wax or parchment paper. Place 3 red cinnamon candies in the center on each cookie. Let dry. several hrs. or chill in refer til set and dry. Enjoy.
