These bars were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. The churro crust was a nice touch, but I think I would have preferred a more traditional graham cracker crust.

I made these bars for my family and they loved them! The churro crust was a unique and tasty twist on the classic cheesecake. The cheesecake filling was also very good, with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess.
