Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons flour
3 ounces walnuts, chopped

  • Place rolled up cookies on a napkin lined plate and sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cooled. Do this until process until you use up all the batter.

I'm not a big fan of walnuts, but I still enjoyed these cookies. The chocolate flavor is really rich.

I had trouble getting the cookies to hold their shape. They spread out too much in the oven.
