Nice little snack. Get the kids to help out with rolling in the coconut. When my granddaughter was small I would invite a couple of her friends over and we would make these. They felt like big girls because they "were cooking". I even had little aprons for them.

Steps:
- 1. Roll bread strips into milk, coating all sides... scrape off a little excess then roll in the coconut.
- 2. Place on a well greased baking sheet & bake @ 375 for 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet at once.
