Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Butter a pie pan.
- Grate the butter into a bowl and combine with the flour to make pie dough, slowly adding the ice water until it comes together. Roll out the dough to the size of your pie pan. Place the dough in the pan and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Rip apart and enjoy.
