I've always loved the combination of cinnamon and pears; toss in a banana, some milk and a few other things and you've got a delightful breakfast drink. If you have the foresight to freeze the banana chunks ahead of time, this is even more refreshing.

I would definitely make this smoothie again. It's a great way to use up leftover pears.

The texture of this smoothie was a bit grainy. I would recommend blending it for a longer period of time.

This smoothie is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or maple syrup.
