Citrus Butter image

This is a wonderful flavored butter that can be used on toast, muffins, pancakes or pound cake. So simple to make!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/8 c lemon juice, fresh
1/8 c powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter in a mixing bowl until smooth with a hand held mixer. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix until incorporated. Chill citrus butter for an hour. With a melon baller, scoop butter into small balls for serving
