Steps:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine orange & apple juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then bring it to a boil.
- Add cranberries, stir and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and add orange & lemon zest; stir. Let simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely before transferring to the refrigerator.
