I'm allergic to citrus, so I had to leave out the dressing. The salad was still good, but I think it would have been better with the dressing.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The scallops are cooked perfectly and the citrus dressing is delicious.

I didn't have any grapefruit so I used lemon instead. It was still good, but I think grapefruit would have been better.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover scallops. I had some leftover from a seafood boil and they were perfect for this salad.
