CITRUS-TARRAGON CHICKEN SALAD
Steps:
- Mix the chicken, celery, green onions, and tarragon together in a large bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and mayonnaise.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
