CLOVER HONEY
My neighbor, Dot Warman, ( she's 101 now) used to make this and give it out for gifts. This is a fun summer recipe to make with kids. You won't believe it's not the real thing! =) PS Just make sure the clover and roses have no spray or other chemicals on them.

Steps:
- Pick blossoms and set aside.
- In a medium pot, bring sugar and water to a boil for 6-7 minutes.
- Stir in alum.
- Remove from heat and add blossoms.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Strain through a double layer of cheesecloth and bottle.
