COCONUT ICE CREAM
When I want something cold & sweet but don't wanna drive to the store. I make this. Might take some time, but is so worth it on a hot day.

Steps:
- 1. In medium bowl combine everything & mix well until sugar has fully dissolved. Pour into pan or freezing trays. Freeze until almost firm. Place mixture into a chilled bowl & beat thoroughly. Returning back to pan or tray & continue to freeze. Re-beat 2 times more during the freezing process.
