SIFT: 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cup sugar baking powder salt CUT IN; 1/4 cup butter ADD: 1 egg that has been beaten and mix with milk & vanilla MIX: brown sugar 2 tablespoon flour cinnamon chopped pecans 2 tablespoons butter The batter will be thick. pour and spread one-half of the batter in a greased pan and sprinkle 1/2 of the nut mixture. Spread remaining batter and sprinkle remaining nut mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. *** the batter will be thick ,but don't be to concern how evenly the top layer spreads ***
