Cola Chops image

This is a recipe I borrowed from my mom, but I decided to use pork chops instead of her usual beef roast. This recipe makes the meat so succulent, tender, and sweet! Using a crock pot makes it easy and convenient! It's a hit for a main dish! (This recipe can also be made using any kind of roast. Just use enough cola to cover, or almost cover, the meat.)

This is my go-to recipe for pork chops. It's easy to make and always turns out great. The Coca-Cola tenderizes the pork chops and adds a delicious flavor.

Good

This was a disaster. The flavor of the Coca-Cola was overpowering and the pork chops were tough and dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

I used this recipe as a base and added some personal touches. I used a mixture of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper, and I added some diced jalapenos for a little kick. It was a hit!

Just made this tonight and it turned out SO GOOD!! The only thing I did differently was use chicken thighs. I cooked everything in a skillet on the stove top since I didn't have an oven at the moment. Will definitely make this again! Thank you so
