College Scrapple image

I like this recipe because my family always enjoyed this growing up. It is very easy and inexpensive.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
1 cup egg noodles or 1 cup rice
1 can corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger in skillet on medium heat.
  • While browning meat, boil noodles.
  • When done drain corn, and mix all ingredients together.
  • Serve with garlic bread.
  • This is quick and easy, and fits your college budget.
  • Enjoy!
