- 1. Peel the onion and place it in a microwave safe bowl with a 1/4 cup of water. Microwave for four minutes.
- 2. Discard the water, and allow the onion to cool to room temperature. Add the onion and all other ingredients to a blender. Blend on low until well mixed.
- 3. Chill for two hours before serving. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
