This is a very basic recipe but everyone loves it. It's so quick and easy to prepare but it is delicious. Children love this recipe. My great nephew visits twice a year. He always wants to take this corn casserole home with him. He is currently 11 years old but he loved it in his younger years as well.

- 1. Beat egg, add corn, sugar, milk and cracker crumbs, mixing well. Pour into a greased casserole, place pats of butter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bubbly on top and slightly browned.
