Steps:
- Blend cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs in Cuisinart. If making large batch, remove half to large bowl and then add remaining ingredients to Cuisinart and blend until combined. Combine with mixture in bowl. Pour by ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle and flip when buubles appear to cover surface of pancake.
