Cottage Cheese Pie image

A coworker gave me this recipe she said it was her mothers and I love hope you enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
2 c cottage cheese use good brand (low fat will not work )
2 c whole milk
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
optional raisins

Steps:

  • 1. beat 2 eggs until yellow is mixed. add cheese,sugar,flour,salt and vanilla. mix throughly. pour milk gradually into combined ingredients while continuing to mix. pour into unbaked pie shell. mix cinn.and sugar sprinkle on to.
  • 2. bake 350 degrees for 45 min. or until knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
