Cow Pies image

So easy a child can make these!..

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 c chocolate chips -milk, dark or semisweet
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c chopped pecans or almonds

Steps:

  • 1. Microwave the butter and chocolate on low until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients and drop on cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set.

These cow pies are the perfect make-ahead meal. I made them ahead of time and froze them. Then I just thawed them out and baked them when I was ready to serve.
