Cowboy Stew image

My aunt gave me this recipe, it is very quick and good.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 large onion
2 can(s) rotel
2 can(s) minestrone soup (any brand)
2 can(s) ranch style beans

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the hamburger and onion togeter in skillet. While the meat is cooking add all other ingredients to a large pot. Add hamburger and onion mixture and simmer until warm.
