This cowgirl stew is a great way to use up leftover beef. It's also a very affordable meal. I was able to make a large pot of stew for less than $20. It's a great meal for a budget-minded cook.

I found this cowgirl stew to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices, and it was much better. I would also recommend using a better quality beef. Overall, it was a decent stew, but it could be improved.

This cowgirl stew was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding some sour cream. Overall, it was a good stew, and I would make it again.
