The strata was a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I would add more milk or cream next time.

This strata was a little too cheesy for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would use less cheese next time.

This was my first time making a strata and it turned out great! I used fresh crab and it really made a difference in the flavor. The strata was also very filling and satisfying.

I made this strata for dinner last night and it was delicious! The crab and cheese were perfectly melted and gooey, and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will definitely be making this again.
